Donating An Item...

The C.A. Online Service Area is holding an online “silent auction” to raise funds to support its activities. We are seeking contributions of items or services to auction. Some possible items that would make good auction items might include the following:

 

· C.A. Memorabilia

· Books

· Housewares

· Appliances

· Antiques

· Services (such as design, web programming, etc.)

· Jewelry

· Artwork

· Ceramics

· Sporting Goods

· Toys

· Games

· Software

· Computers or computer peripherals

 

If you have any items or services you are willing to contribute, please contact the CAOSA Silent Auction property servant at propertyservant@ca-online.org to arrange for it be

listed.

 

If you do decide to list something with the auction, there are a few things you need to understand …

 

· Any funds received for the sale of the item contributed by you will be distributed only to C.A. Online Service Area.

· That C.A. Online Service Area has no obligations to you in any respect for your contribution.

· Inclusion of your item or service in the auction is at C.A. Online Service Area’s sole discretion.

· C.A. Online Service Area is not liable to you in any way as a result of accepting your item or service into the auction.

· Shipping costs for the item will be born by the buyer of the merchandiser.

· That you may be needed to provide certain information about the item or service offered so that C.A. Online Service Area can use this information to solicit buyers.

· That you may be needed to cooperate in arranging shipping of the item or service and your acceptance of these terms indicates that you are willing to do so.
